We would love the opportunity to partner with your league this coming season.

We are a local photo studio from here in Lumberton and we would love to discuss the opportunity to partner with the HCYSC this season.

Historically we have primarily provided a green screen/composite product and process. However we have transitioned into primarily to an on field setting in order to allow us the flexibility to expand our pose selection. We will be bringing our complete studio lighting set up to allow up to capture the highly dynamic images. The outdoor setting allows us a lot more flexibility with dynamic poses!

Standard items that we offer

Each player will take MULTIPLE Fun Poses for the parents to choose from
We do not collect payment on picture day… No payments until the parents see the pictures and purchase the ones they love
We shoot multiple poses (at least three each) for the parents to select from
After processing the pictures we post them to a league gallery for the parents to see and purchase.
Online ordering process with New revised packages

Pictures shipped direct to parents and arrive in average of 4 days from purchase - No handling of pictures by the league or our studio.

Picture gallery remains online indefinitely for parents to purchase at future dates (we continue to get orders from previous years)

We provide a unique landing page for each league complete with information about the process, how to access pictures and how to order

Additionally, we want to partner with the league to help create promotion material for next season. For this we are offering the following promotional items free of charge

We will produce and print one EYE CATCHING registration banner that would be perfect for displaying in town or school
We will give away one EPIC SPORTS PHOTOSHOOT to one lucky player from random drawing of all purchases made in the first two weeks!!! While these are awesome for the player it is also great promotion material for the league……. Epic Sports | Black Hat Studio (blackhat-studio.com )
We will produce a HCYSC Hype video for social media advertising.

This will be produced with select pictures from the picture day.

We will also provide an upload link for the league or parents to post their videos or pictures that they would like featured in a highlight video. We will then take the submitted videos and produce a 2023 BYFA Highlight video complete with royalty free music.

All Packages include a FREE social media download for the first two weeks from the time they are posted.

Our packages are designed to cover those that want a little to a lot. You also have the option of chosing individual images without a package.

Remember that your pictures ship direct to you! Delivery time is normally about 4-5 days from the time you order.

How to register for the gallery

Text the code BHS036 to the phone number 90738. That will register you for the photo gallery. When we complete the photos and post them the system will send you a text message letting you know that the pictures are ready to view.
